I know how to swim to survive, I am perfectly aware I don’t swim well, but I can float properly. I don’t like swimming so much, as if I won’t go to swimming pool for exercise. I would rather go running.


When I go to sea, I would definitely be the first one to jump into it and swim.


In November 2012, I moved to Singapore to start my new life here, as the super hot weather, and without gym membership. I grew into a new habit, swimming everyday. There is a mini swimming pool just downstairs, it’s convenient. Swimming makes me cool and calm, I have more quality time to think about life, reflect everyday, more importantly it helps ease stress and sleep better. Hopefully I can be slim and fit again.
